So, What's Breathwork?


Are you thinking, "Breathwork, isn't that just breathing?" 


Breathwork is a form of active meditation done through the manipulation of breath. Guided breathing techniques are used to deepen the connection between the mind, body and spirit.  Through regulating the breath you can guide your nervous system into a state of calm or higher energy.  


Breathwork can help with processing emotions and releasing blocked energy from the physical body and mind, allowing you to go forward with a sense of relief and accomplishment.

Our Mission 

Breathe EZ Breathwork is passionate about making Breathwork accessible and inclusive for everyone, including corporate 9-5ers, exhausted parents, differently abled people, sk8er bois, athletes, trauma survivors, tech bros, shamans, Wall Street warriors, spiritual sprites, and everyone in between. 


Breathwork is simply a gateway to deepening your connection with yourself and getting back to feeling good.  We believe everyone deserves that.
