Booking:

If you would like to proceed with a Breathwork session, please select a date and time for an appointment in the calendar below.

Then, please email me and specify whether you would like an in-person session or an online session. I will respond to your email to confirm your session.

Payment:

After your session is confirmed, payment can be made in Cash or via Venmo to @EEncinas.

In the spirit of community building and collective care, I am open to bartering as a form of exchange.
