Hello! I'm Elizabeth and I am a trained Breathwork Facilitator and my passion is helping people breathe their way to healing and a better life.


I was born and raised in sweet sweet Trinidad and Tobago and as a young adult I moved to New York for college and then later, work. I was skeptical when I was introduced to Breathwork at a wellness retreat in Mexico that was meant to be a reprieve from my corporate job burnout. The inward journey that I experienced during my first Breathwork session was life changing and deeply healing.


At the end of that first Breathwork experience I opened my eyes, sat up from the mat, cloaked by the stars and moonlight, and realized that liberation from exhaustion, trauma and stuck emotions had always been only a breath away.
